New 'era' of 'Tera'!

With the introduction of the Tera byte(TB) hard disks(1TB=1024 GB)extreme storage solutions are into practice.There has been a great reduction in cost of these disk's and 1Tb hard disk cost just about RS.7000 odd.Now there is a great news for all the tech savvy fans,An UK institution has just announced that they have found a new Disc that can pack up to one Tera Byte of data
,There by named as 'Tera Disc'.This is said to win the war that exist between the existing HD-DVD(can hold up to 25 GB) and Blu-Ray discs(can hold up to 50 GB).Now if Tera disc comes out then its can hold about 210 odd DVD's ,250,000 MP3 songs and millions of Word documents.This disc is said to consist of about 200 x 5Gb layers and each of the layers is just 5 microns apart.This is a major breakthrough of the century if it is possible to create such a disc.
