Will MS get Yahoo?

past few days there is an big deal going on and its rocking the world.The software giant Microsoft has placed an $45billion for the Yahoo network and services.If MS acquires Yahoo it will be one of the biggest deals and together it will command about 27% of the entire search market.Till now about 65% of the market is being held by google.It will be interesting to see if the deal will take place,and there are high probabilities for it!
