Microsoft's Halo 3 sums up $300++ Million in first week!

Microsoft and Bungie Studio's Halo 3 is the buzz word at the moment.The video game title has set an record breaking $300 million or more in its first week of release.The game was released on sep25th and even before the game was released,there was an huge expectation for the series finale.The series consist if three episodes in total,the halo1 and halo 2 were a big hit and the next title in the series is an pickoff from where the Halo 2 concluded.Due to the announcement of the game,the sellers say that the console sales also doubled and many game freaks have purchased the console especially for this game.Microsoft had put much stakes on this game and even released an exclusive console for this game called the Xbox 360 halo edition and it turned out breaking records.Online play is the most exciting part of this game and sources report that more than 2.7 million people have played this game on Xbox live in the first week and is expected to rise many folds.

Reports say that more than $170 million sales of the game its first day in US alone with 1.7 million copies sold,and setting a new record for the fastest pre selling game by beating the record set by Halo 2.The game has been released in more than 37 countries and is expected to bring in many crowd in the fore coming days.
