Xbox360 arcade in Japan!
Atlast the cheaper version of the console is hitting the Japanese market from March 6th.This model was first introduced in the united States and was quite successful.It has wireless controllers and 256mb memory sticks.It is probably done to increase the number of console.It will be available for $261.But it is seen that the Japanese market would not care too much about this version of console!

PS3 -Video On Demand service coming?
Kotaku is letting out several information about the Video On Demand(VOD) service coming to the Ps3 users in Japan.This allows the PS3 users to enjoy high definition video on their favorite console.This feature already available on the the PSP in the North American countries.The new step may be brought to other countries soon,and the console would serve for an All-Iin-One entertainment.

Japan gets an price cut on its Xbox 360
Now that the three consoles,Microsoft's Xbox 360 ,Sony's Playstation 3 ,Nintendo's Wii has been quite established,the war has been taken to the next level and Japan plays an major role in determining who is going to dominate the war.Microsoft announced that it will slash prices of its xbox 360 in Japan.Following the price cuts in the US and UK the new xbox 360 price has been revised to 34,800 Yen or about $305 for the Premium version and the core console will be sold for $262(29,800 Yen). Will Microsoft be able to compete against the 1.8 million Will console sales?Only time can give the answer!
